Credit Card payments are processed off-line and all information is confidential and is not shared or released to anyone.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You may also use UPS (next day, 2 day, 3 day or ground, please call the store 949-673-0066 PDT 9-6 PM and we will quote you your shipping fee)

Your credit card will not be charged until all items are shipped. If any items are not available, you will be notified by e-mail if you would like us to special order the item. If you would like us to special order the item and the item is available, we will charge your credit card for the full amount and we will notify you when the item is to be shipped.

If you are shipping to more than one address, please place separate orders for each address.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure you provide a street address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If you are shipping out of the United States, Hawaii or Alaska, please email us for shipping rates at customer service and we will email the shipping charges to you.

RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receipt excluding pre-order items and sale items. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund.
Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the sales receipt you are returning

  2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or an exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by note the name, color and size and quantity. Re-shipping charges will be charged to the method of payment originally charged.

  3. If shipping address has changed, please include proper address.

  4. Pack and seal return merchandise securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid - we cannot accept COD’S.

  6. Please allow 5 days after receipt of receiving merchandise for credit to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We take great care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items can become damaged in transit or there are flaws not visible to our shipping department. Should you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at customer service so that we can arrange for replacement and return shipping of damaged item.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

We try to fulfill each order perfectly, but if an error occurred in packing your order please contact us at customer service so that we may correct the error as soon as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
